Orders within Delhi NCR will typically be shipped and delivered within 24 hours of order placement (conditions apply). While we strive to offer the best service at no extra cost, GuptaElectricals.com reserves the right to change or discontinue the FREE shipping/delivery offer at any time and for any specific order.
Delivery
GuptaElectricals.com offers FREE delivery for all products purchased on our website to ground floor locations within Delhi NCR city limits (please check PIN code for deliverable areas). There are no hidden charges. However, any delays due to stock unavailability or technical issues will not be counted in the shipping timeframe. The order booking day is considered Day 0.
Cancellation of Shipment
Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, GuptaElectricals.com will make every effort to deliver your product within the promised delivery time to your specified address (please check serviceable PIN codes). Cancellations will not be accepted after the product has been shipped. We request our customers to confirm their decision before placing the order.
